About Us

We are Ray D. Anderson CRTC

The Ray D. Anderson, CRTC, is an intensive (not less than one month nor more than twenty-four months) cognitive behavioral program that places emphasis on criminal conduct, decision-making, involvement by family or a significant other, and a plan for community reintegration. The program is an alternative to incarceration, which will ultimately return the resident to the community, as a pro-social law abiding citizen

Our approach

We are a corrections facility with a treatment approach. Supervision and treatment functions provide a structured environment, which teaches responsibility and consequences of actions. The treatment program consists of different phases, which guide a resident through the program. Progress in the CRTC program is based on measurable objectives, behavior, and attitude. The phases recognize responsible behavior of the residents.

Our staff are experienced professionals who love their work and strive to help residents utilize the cognitive skills they learn in order to prevent relapse and recidivism and to be responsible, contributing members of their communities.
