NCIC Tablets
Each resident is assigned a tablet upon intake. Residents may utilize the tablets for video visitation, messaging, receiving mail, education modules, and entertainment platforms.
In order to enhance the safety and security of the facility, beginning June 30, 2025, all resident mail, EXCEPT for funds for commissary, legal and medical mail, must be mailed to the following address:

Resident Furloughs
Resident must submit a furlough request.
Only residents in phase 3 of the program are eligible.
Furlough sponsors must be pre-approved.

Resident Commissary
The Ray D. Anderson CRTC offers commissary to residents. Hygiene and other items such as pens, notebooks, alarm clocks, and book lights are available for purchase at the duty station. These items will be charged to the residents' account. Food items are sold separately. A resident must have funds available to purchase commissary food items. Money may be sent to a resident to purchase food items and must be clearly marked "commissary". Any money that is sent to the facility and not marked "commissary" will not be made available for food commissary purchases.
