Our Program
Welcome to our program page! We offer a variety of classes and services that enable our residents to develop skills and resources to begin to live and eventually maintain, a crime free, healthy, well-balanced lifestyle.
Treatment
We utilize evidenced-based cognitive behavioral programs. Our counselors work with residents to develop individualized treatment plans that help identify, understand, and resolve issues and problems related to substance use and criminal conduct.
Community Service
Community service symbolizes payment of debt to society and making amends for antisocial behavior. The therapuetic value of community service is an integral component of the treatment program.
Employment
The employment phase of treatment stresses that the resident take ownership of changes made and maintain those changes over time. Residents gain employment and learn to manage the conflicting demands of recovery and employment
Self-Care & Maintenance
Residents are able to able to take advantage of healthy activities such as volleyball, basketball, working out, and a walking track.
Overview
The program here at the Ray D. Anderson CRTC is typically 9 months. The CRTC program addresses issues associated with the criminal justice system, criminal conduct, chemical dependency treatment, behavior modification, adult education, life skills, employment, and both emotional and physical wellness. The CRTC program accommodates the legal requirements for community supervision. The goal is for the residents to be able to utilize cognitive skills to remain law-abiding citizens.

Residents are able to enroll in a variety of classes and groups in order to allow them to meet individual needs.
